• You may not upload files that contain harmful code, viruses, or malware.

4. User Documents and Content

Users retain ownership of all documents and data they upload. ACCOS will use such data solely to provide the agreed services and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with explicit user consent. Where ACCOS processes personal data on the user's behalf (the user acting as data controller and ACCOS as data processor), such processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement at /en/legal/dpa, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account or using the service, the user also accepts that Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, content, and intellectual property associated with ACCOS are owned by the service provider. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

ACCOS will make reasonable efforts to maintain system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy. Users agree to assume reasonable risks associated with using the service.

7. Cancellation and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and reserve the right to discontinue certain features with prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you through appropriate channels.
