Why there are no numbers on this page
We are rebuilding our pricing together with our founding partner cohort, so the old off-the-shelf packages are closed to new payments for now. We took the numbers down rather than leave prices that are about to change where they could send you budgeting wrong. Existing customers keep renewing at the price they signed up for.

Every quote is built from these four things. There are no other fees on top.
Monthly document volume
Billed per page — 1 token = 1 page. The higher your monthly volume, the lower the per-page rate.
Which features you turn on
RPA that keys data into desktop accounting programs, specialised document templates, and the MCP server that lets other AI agents call ACCOS.
Companies and users
An accounting firm running many client companies is quoted differently from a single business with a handful of users.
Setup and training
Custom templates, connecting your existing systems, or training your team are quoted once as onboarding work, separate from the monthly fee.

Frequently asked questions
Why aren't prices listed on the site?▾
Because the new pricing isn't final. Leaving the old numbers up while they are about to change would send you budgeting wrong, so we took them down until we can announce everything at once.
Can I still try it for free?▾
Yes. You get 100 tokens the moment you sign up, no credit card required. Test it on your real documents before deciding anything.
Do existing customers need to do anything?▾
No. Your current plan renews automatically at the price you signed up for. Only new plan purchases and token top-ups are paused.
How many pages per token?▾
1 token = 1 page. A 3-page PDF costs 3 tokens, one image file costs 1 token, and Excel/CSV is billed 1 token per 5 rows.
Do I have to buy through a partner?▾
You can come to us directly — we will scope it ourselves, and point you to a partner covering your region or industry only if that gets you running faster.
Do you issue Thai tax invoices?▾
Yes, issued to Revenue Department standard.
